SAP REDESIGN

Customer
A Belgian provider in the field of integrated telecommunications services.

Project
Centralization of HR data in a unique SAP HR system.

Business context
Our customer is composed of multiple companies, each with their own HR processes. The project aimed to unify HR processes for all the affiliates, and to centralize data into a unique SAP HR system. The solution required significant changes to the customizing for the Master Data module in the master SAP HR system to allow a smooth migration of allifiates' data.

SAP HR 4.6C, PA, OM, PB modules

Delivery
Xcordia provided expert consultants to support the HR department, from requirements analysis through to solution development, and continuing into production support (including maintenance on existing application and e-HR application).

RECRUITMENT/eRECRUITMENT

Customer
A public transport company in Belgium that transports 250,000 people per day.

Project
Imlpementation of SAP HR Recruitment module with internet enabled job application process.

Business context
Customer's current system is a homegrown combination of manual processes, MS Excel and MS Access. The Recruitment project streamlines and standardizes the recruitment processes and enables job applicant data to be automatically integrated with the 'back-end' recruitment management module. The process and data are fully integrated with the rest SAP HR system. Further extensions are currently being developed to enable Manager Self Service reporting via the HR portal.

Technical context
SAP HR 4.7, PB Recruitment module, Internet integration. The solution was based on SAP's standard PB module with custom development of reporting. Included in the project were analysis, design and configuration of multiple recruitment processes depending on the type of applicant.

Delivery
Xcordia was responsible for the project from initial feasibility study through solution development to go live and production support.

COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT

Customer
A global player in the financial service sector.

Project
Implementation of SAP HR Enterprise Compensation Management.

Business context
Implementation of a standardized compensation management solution using SAP's ECM module to replace existing Excel and manual solutions. The solution is fully integrated with SAP HR employee, salary and organizational data. An 'offline solution' was also required (not available in standard) to enable manager's to perform salary planning remotely, when not connected to the system.

Technical context
SAP HR 4.7, ECM module, SAP Portal 7, Java. The solution was based on SAP's standard solution and standard screens which were modified to support data that was essential for our customer. The standard business processes were also modified. The offline process was delivered by using SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe.
